New Privacy Act changes
Looking after your privacy and your information has always been important to us. As a health and disability service provider, we are required to manage your information carefully and respectfully — and this continues to be the case.
New Zealand’s privacy laws have been updated. From 1 May 2026, there is a new rule about how organisations collect personal information.
The updated law says that organisations like us must tell you when we collect personal information about you from someone else, rather than directly from you.
Because of this, we have added a new section to our Privacy Statement. Take some time to read our updated policy. If you have any questions, please contact us or our Privacy Officer, who can explain the changes to you.
